At JAYZOON PK, we ensure a smooth shopping experience. If there's an issue with your order, you can request a return or replacement **within 24 hours of delivery**.
📦 Valid Return Reasons:
✔️ Damaged or defective item received
✔️ Wrong product, size, or color delivered
✔️ Missing product in the package
🚫 Returns Will NOT Be Accepted If:
✖️ Return is requested after 24 hours of delivery
✖️ No unboxing video is provided as proof
✖️ Product is used or intentionally damaged
✖️ Customer simply changed their mind
🎥 **IMPORTANT: Unboxing Video Required**
To approve your return/replacement, you **must send an unboxing video** showing the sealed package being opened and clearly highlighting the issue.
